About ClawMetry

ClawMetry is open-source observability and governance for AI agents. It shows what your agents are doing and what they cost, and lets you step in when one goes wrong.

The short version: ClawMetry is published by Instalabs LLC and built by its founder, Vivek Chand. It is a founder-led operation: the founder is the escalation point for sales, security and support, and there is no separate support team. The core package is MIT licensed.

ClawMetry Cloud is operated by Instalabs LLC, registered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This is the entity named in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Who builds ClawMetry

Vivek Chand founded ClawMetry and writes, ships and supports it. Why he started it is on /why.

We do not publish a team size, and we do not list customers or partners here. Support and delivery are founder-led today. No named backup support contact and no staffed support hours are defined yet, so for a pilot or contract we agree the support scope in writing with you.

Releases: the open-source package releases continuously from its main branch to PyPI. There is no long-term-support branch; security fixes ship as a new release, as SECURITY.md states.
Build provenance: the publish workflow attaches a GitHub build provenance attestation to each release's artifacts. Anyone can check a wheel with gh attestation verify clawmetry-<version>-py3-none-any.whl --repo vivekchand/clawmetry.
SBOM: a CycloneDX SBOM is generated by the open-source CI pipeline. It is not yet attached to releases. The Pro extension and the cloud images have no published provenance or SBOM.

If ClawMetry could not continue

Here is what you would still have, and what you would not. None of it is a continuity guarantee.

The open-source package is MIT licensed and its source is public, so you can keep running, building or forking the version you use.
Cloud sync is off by default. On the free plan, the local dashboard works on your machine without a ClawMetry account; /pricing lists what that plan covers.
A customer-hosted server is published as a Docker Compose deployment you run on your own infrastructure.
What you would not have: the Pro extension is proprietary and is delivered through our licence server, and ClawMetry Cloud depends on us operating it.

What we commit to, and what we do not

For vulnerability reports, the targets in SECURITY.md are acknowledgement within 2 business days, an initial assessment within 5 business days, and a released fix for a confirmed critical or high issue within 30 days. They are targets, not a contractual SLA.

We do not offer the following today:

Source-code escrow.
24/7 or round-the-clock support.
Contractual availability commitments or service credits.
A certification or independent audit. The status of each is on /compliance.
